So far I am very impressed with the quality and the overall look of my veneers. I must say though the only issue I have with mine are they are a bit bulky. I can feel my top lip sort of bulge which I don't like as well as they look sorta bulky. Other than that I have no complaints what so ever. I love them but I would like them to not be as bulky for me.

I am so impressed with my new smile. I got the incredibil veneer top arch, and i did have to send back for an adjustment. That is sometimes necessary if they arent fitting exactly the way you want them to. I got the new arch in the mail within two weeks, and i cant thank BRIGHTER IMAGE LAB enough i love it. I never want to take it out, i cant stop smiling, and i almost dont even notice it in my mouth after a few days. I paid for the 2 week shipping, and the glazing and got natural or translucent white cant remember. They look so beautiful and REAL like veneers, and i have overcrowded front teeth, and yellow teeth and now you cant even tell. The customer service is awesome they are so attentive, and polite. They always always respond within a timely manner, and i cant say enough how i loved working with this company. I watched almost every video or review good or bad on youtube and not all from BIL and i went with my gut, and intuition, and im so glad i did bc i love my smile, and so does my husband and family. So first I would like to say it has been a process, I did have a very good experience with the staff- they worked with me 100% of the time to try and get my veneers right for me. I did have to send mine back 2 times before it was right, but again they made sure it’s exactly what I wanted. I will say it is very expensive and they have a NO REFUND policy so absolutely do your research before buying. I can’t eat with mine but that’s probably do to my overbite and how the veneers sit on my teeth, overall I’m satisfied with them, they do exactly what I bought them for

Just wanted to update, I've purchased 4 sets over the last 4 years of these BilVeneers. The customer service has been spot on every single time. Although somewhat "expensive" I think the cost is reasonable given the potential value that these provide. Watch some testimonials, they do help people change their lives socially.Best decision I've ever made. I hated my teeth and smile all of my life. These have given me confidence, and I would tell everyone to not hesitate if you are considering this.Edit: After owning these for about 18 months, I wanted to leave some more in depth feedback.Company/Customer Service: 5 stars from me in this category. I have called several times throughout the whole process, and I have always gotten professional and courteous assistance. I also did not have to wait on hold for any extended time, and have always talked to a real person pretty much right away.Durability: I am going to give this 4 stars. They aren't perfect or indestructible, but that isn't necessarily why it doesn't get a perfect score. I had bad gums towards the start, and they would slowly bleed without me knowing. After having blood on them for 18 months, the inside of them is stained with blood. It shows through to a certain extent. I soak them every single night in a denture cleaner/freshener, but that didn't prevent them from staining.Comfort: I rate the comfort 4.5. Again, not perfect, but very close here. They are not fun to eat in, but you can if you do not have an opportunity to take them out. They do take some time to "break in" when you first get them. My experience was that they were tight for about 5-7 days. I also sounded a tad strange when saying my s sounds. Which makes sense as I was talking through different teeth before.Overall: I still have to give it 5 stars overall. They literally changed my life. I worked in a sales position in furniture retail. I was pretty confident in both my talent as well as my ambitions to move up our corporate structure. When I got my new teeth, I became a new person. I smiled, which will change your world when you didn't do that before. People were looking at my smile in a GOOD way for the first time in my life. I had crooked ugly teeth my whole life, and was made fun of in elementary school and onward. My parents couldn't afford braces. After about 3 months with my teeth in my emotional state had improved two-fold. After working towards a promotion for 5 years, I got that promotion. My sales also saw a noticeable increase due to my better attitude, mood, and increase in confidence. So very literally, Brighter Image Lab changed my life. Drastically. Please do yourself a favor, get them.

I've tried several snap on veneer brands and the IncrediBIL veneers are the only ones that look like real teeth and felt comfortable to wear all day. My natural teeth have always been yellow in color and won't whiten no matter what I do (no, I don't smoke), which makes me feel so insecure. I can't afford $10k for a full mouth of porcelain veneers and am glad to have found a much more affordable option. I feel much more at ease with these in and don't worry about being judged during business meetings and social interactions. The process was quick and painless - I made a mold at home, sent them to the lab and received the veneers in the mail less than a month after the mold was approved. Easy peasy and way cheaper than paying the price of a car at the dentist.
